Seohui Construction announced on the 8th that it is recruiting members for the ‘Hwaseong Joam Seohui Starhills’ housing cooperative.
The ‘Hwaseong Joam Seohui Starhills’ apartment complex, to be built in Joam-ri, Ujeong-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, is planned to consist of a total of 18 buildings with 1,747 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to 26 above-ground floors.
Hwaseong Joam Seohui Starhills has applied for the allocation of urbanized land in Hwaseong City as of December 2021, and is currently in consultation with relevant departments of Hwaseong City on the premise of constructing a regional housing cooperative apartment at the project site. Once the procedures are completed, the district unit plan will be submitted and the approval process will proceed.
The complex offers excellent transportation conditions, as it is conveniently accessible to the Seohaean Expressway and Pyeongtaek-Siheung Expressway via the nearby Joam IC. It also benefits from major development projects such as the planned 15 km extension from Hyangnam Station to Ujeong Station under the Hwaseong 2035 urban development plan, and the attraction of 10 billion KRW investment by Kia Motors in the Asan National Industrial Complex.
Within walking distance of the complex are excellent educational facilities such as Ujeong Elementary School, Jangan Girls’ Middle School, and Samgwe High School, alleviating concerns about children’s education. Various convenient living facilities including Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, Joam Traditional Market, and Joam Post Office are also nearby for easy access. Additionally, the complex is located near Ssangbong Mountain Neighborhood Park, offering residents a superb natural environment with a forest zone.
Furthermore, various community facilities for residents will be established, including a senior citizens’ center, daycare center, small library, care support center, and children’s playground.
‘Hwaseong Joam Seohui Starhills’ is a regional housing cooperative apartment, and membership is available to those who meet the requirements such as residing in Seoul, Incheon, or Gyeonggi-do for more than six months, owning one unit of 85㎡ or less, or being a non-homeowner and head of household (including single-person households).
Additionally, limited households are offered benefits such as interest-free interim payments and free balcony expansions.
Meanwhile, since its founding, Seohui Construction has established itself as a mid-sized comprehensive construction company recognized for its technology, construction capability, and quality in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, environment, plant, and housing business. Seohui Construction, which has actively entered the regional housing cooperative business, currently leads the sector with a total of 31 projects and 37,195 households either under construction, contracted, or in agreement.
