DL E&C to Supply 'ePyeonhan Sesang City Gosaek' in May

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] DL E&C announced on the 6th that it plans to supply the residential officetel ‘e-Pyeonhansesang City Gosaek’ in the Gosaek district of Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do in May.

‘e-Pyeonhansesang City Gosaek,’ located in Gosaek-dong, Gwonsun-gu, Suwon-si, consists of a total of 430 units across 4 basement floors to 14 above-ground floors. As a residential officetel, all units are composed of a single exclusive area of 84㎡, which is highly preferred by actual residents. The number of units by type is ▲84㎡A 302 units ▲84㎡B 89 units ▲84㎡C 26 units ▲84㎡D 13 units. Move-in is scheduled for October 2024.

The Gosaek district is considered the very center of the western Suwon living area, which is currently experiencing a hot development atmosphere. The total planned number of households in districts 1 and 2 reaches about 4,400 households. Among them, Gosaek District 2 is being developed with 1,176 households on an area of approximately 155,000㎡.
