Wanju County Governor Park Seong-il said, “I appreciate your cooperation for the sale of the Technovalley 2nd Industrial Complex, which is a local issue. I expect that signing a business agreement with the association, which has a nationwide brokerage network, will be a great help for the successful sale of the Technovalley 2nd Industrial Complex.”

Labor Song, head of the Jeonbuk Branch of the Korea Association of Realtors, said, “The Technovalley 2nd Industrial Complex has excellent accessibility in all directions, and if many companies move in, it is expected to play a pivotal role in the local economy. As the local economy is struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, the association will also actively support the revitalization of sales.”

Currently, the Wanju Technovalley 2nd Industrial Complex, which has recorded a 95% progress rate, has exceeded a 70% sales rate including MOUs expressing investment intentions and actual contracts. Recently, it also announced the sale of neighborhood living and quasi-residential land within the mini complex town.
