‘Hillstate Geomdan Well County,’ developed by Incheon Urban Corporation and constructed by the Hyundai Construction consortium, will open its model house on the 8th (Friday) and begin full-scale sales. This Hillstate brand apartment complex, consisting of a total of 1,535 units located in the prime area of Geomdan New Town, is attracting high interest from buyers due to its reasonable sale prices compared to surrounding market prices.

Located in AA16 Block of Geomdan New Town, Bullo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, ‘Hillstate Geomdan Well County’ consists of 13 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,535 units sized between 74 and 125㎡.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Hillstate Geomdan Well County model house will operate on a first-come, first-served advance reservation basis. Interested buyers can apply for a visit reservation through the official Hillstate Geomdan Well County website.

The subscription schedule begins with special supply on April 11 (Monday), followed by 1st priority on April 12 (Tuesday), and 2nd priority on April 13 (Wednesday). Winners will be announced on April 19 (Tuesday). Private contracts will be conducted over four days from May 9 (Monday) to May 12 (Thursday), and public contracts will take place over seven days from May 30 (Monday) to June 5 (Sunday).

This complex is a private participation housing project within a large-scale metropolitan land development zone. 50% of the total units are allocated to residents who have lived in Incheon for more than two years, while the remaining 50% are available to residents who have lived in Incheon for less than two years and residents of the metropolitan area. Units larger than 85㎡ are available for subscription even to one-home owners, and the allocation is split evenly between the point-based system (50%) and lottery system (50%), providing opportunities to many buyers.

Additionally, the project benefits from the application of the price ceiling system, offering competitive prices compared to surrounding market prices. The average sale price per 3.3㎡ is 13.47 million KRW, with contract terms of 10% down payment, 60% interim payment, and 30% balance payment. While there is a five-year resale restriction period, there is no obligation for actual residence.

Move-in is scheduled for January 2025.
