President Moon said, "I pray for the souls of Lieutenant Jung Jong-hyeok, Lieutenant Cha Jae-young, Flight Instructor Jeon Yong-an, and Flight Instructor Lee Jang-hee, who tragically died in an accident during flight training," and added, "I extend my deepest condolences to the families who are immersed in grief."
President Moon urged the military to devote sincere efforts to handling the accident and follow-up measures, and mourned the deceased by saying, "I pray that they rest in peace in the skies of the motherland."
