Supply of 'Hanil Verace Invidia' Enjoying Eco Premium in Jeju's Pristine Natural Environment

As interest in "well-being" and "work-life balance" grows, the eco-friendly location near green spaces such as parks and forests is becoming an important criterion for choosing residential spaces.

Complexes enjoying an eco-friendly premium often have high future value. The popularity of eco-friendly complexes can also be seen in subscription competition rates. Among the newly launched complexes last year, the top-ranking ones with record-breaking subscription competition rates were mostly located near green spaces such as forests and parks. By complex, these include ▲ Dongtan Station Dietre Prestige (809:1, Yeoul Park · Nojak Park) ▲ Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town Lin Familier (718:1, Gwanaksan · Cheonggyesan) ▲ Wirye Xi The City (6178:1, Waterside Park · Wirye Neighborhood Park), etc.

A real estate expert said, "The movement of demand toward eco-friendly complexes aligns with the well-being trend, which pursues a healthy body and mind to improve quality of life, and the work-life balance trend, which means balancing work and life," adding, "The value in the market will continue to rise."

Meanwhile, an eco-premium complex that will brighten the spring sales market is coming. Hanil Construction will launch "Hanil Verace Invidia" near Jeju English Education City in April. This complex, located in Nakcheon-ri, Hangyeong-myeon, Jeju-si, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, is a prestige terrace house with 168 households, ranging from basement level 1 to ground level 4, with exclusive areas of 88 to 96㎡.

The complex offers the natural environment of Jeju, including Saesin Oreum, Gama Oreum, and Jeju Gotjawal Provincial Park. In particular, Jeju Gotjawal Provincial Park, the largest ecological tourist destination in Korea visited by 100,000 visitors annually, has established itself as a resting place for local residents and an essential tourist course. Nearby are also the O'Sulloc Tea Museum and Jeju Aerospace Museum.

Additionally, "Hanil Verace Invidia" boasts a world-class educational environment, located about a 10-minute drive from Jeju English Education City. The English Education City is an education-specialized city on approximately 3.79 million square meters in Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo-si, Jeju Island, equipped with international schools, residential and commercial facilities, and support facilities. Currently, four international schools (Korea International School, NLCS Jeju, BHA ASIA, SJA Jeju) are located there.

The interior of the complex boasts high product value with differentiated design and trendy community introductions. All households feature terrace designs specialized for views, and space utilization is maximized by introducing household storage as well as attics (4th floor).

Along with this, community facilities such as private lesson rooms, pet care and senior-specialized spaces, shared kitchens, and party rooms will be created to provide customized spaces for various demand groups, thereby increasing satisfaction.

Meanwhile, the model house for "Hanil Verace Invidia" is currently under construction.
