[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Kyung-jun] Justice Lee Miseon of the Constitutional Court was found to hold approximately 6.1 billion KRW in assets, making her the wealthiest among the justices of the Constitutional Court.

The Public Officials Ethics Committee of the Constitutional Court disclosed the regular asset changes of the asset disclosure subjects affiliated with the Constitutional Court on the 31st.

Justice Yoo Nam-seok held 3.299 billion KRW, an increase of about 177 million KRW compared to last year. Justice Lee Miseon held 6.131 billion KRW, an increase of about 830 million KRW from last year, making her the justice with the highest assets among the Constitutional Court officials.

Justice Lee Jong-seok followed with 4.478 billion KRW, Justice Lee Seok-tae with 4.279 billion KRW, Justice Lee Young-jin with 3.381 billion KRW, Justice Lee Eun-ae with 2.542 billion KRW, Justice Kim Ki-young with 2.496 billion KRW, Justice Lee Seon-ae with 2.163 billion KRW, and Justice Moon Hyung-bae with 885 million KRW.

Among the 14 subjects required to disclose regular asset changes this year, 12 showed an increase in assets, while 2 showed a decrease. The average total assets of the disclosure subjects were 2.79466 billion KRW. The average net asset increase compared to the previous year was 185.13 million KRW, mainly due to salary savings and stock valuation increases.
