On the 29th, the Seongdong Police Station in Seoul announced that they have detained and are investigating Ms. A, a woman in her 20s, and Mr. B, a man in his 30s, on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.
Mr. B, while staying at a hotel in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, around 8:30 PM on the 17th, requested help from the hotel staff, saying "there is a person attempting suicide" after Ms. A showed hallucination symptoms following drug use.
