Recruitment of Tenant Companies for 'Incubating Space' in Nam-gu, Gwangju


[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Nam-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, is publicly recruiting companies to move into incubating spaces located in Hyochon 1 District LH Complex 3 and Hyochon 2 District Complex 7 to support the stable growth of social economy enterprises.


According to Nam-gu on the 28th, the recruitment of companies for the social economy incubating spaces will be conducted until April 4.


Applications are open to organizations composed of social enterprises, preliminary social enterprises, village enterprises, preliminary village enterprises, cooperatives, and social economy enterprise representatives located within the district.


However, the enterprises must be capable of providing social services or jobs in areas such as medical care, welfare, and childcare, and must be businesses that can be installed in Type 1 or 2 neighborhood living facilities according to the Building Act, without overlapping with existing businesses such as supermarkets and laundries within the complexes.


The incubating spaces include one office (71.26㎡) in LH Complex 3 and two spaces of 41.31㎡ each in LH Complex 7.


Companies moving in will be exempt from space usage fees and may extend their usage period after two years through a re-evaluation.


However, residents are responsible for utility management fees such as electricity, water, shared electricity, shared water, and fire insurance fees.


Nam-gu plans to select resident companies around the 7th of the same month after receiving and reviewing applications.
