According to foreign media, Igor Konashenkov, spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Defense, stated in a briefing, "This afternoon, we launched a 'Kalibr naval fleet precision cruise missile' from the sea," adding, "We attacked the fuel storage facility in the village of Kalyniuka near Kyiv." The Russian side explained that the facility is used for fuel supply to the Ukrainian army. It is reported that this facility is the largest fuel storage facility maintained by the Ukrainian military to date.

Meanwhile, the Associated Press and others reported that missile attacks by the Russian military continued on a military facility on the outskirts of Dnipro, a city in south-central Ukraine. Valentyn Reznichenko, governor of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, described it as "severe destruction" on social media.
