[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Hanshin Engineering announced on the 25th that it will supply 'Incheon City Hall Station Hanshin The Hue' in Ganseok-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon next month.

This complex, located in the 514 area of Ganseok-dong, consists of 6 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 469 households. Among them, 162 households (exclusive area 46~84㎡) will be supplied for general sale.

The complex is mainly arranged facing south. A 4-bay (three rooms and living room facing the front) slab-type structure is applied to some units. Storage spaces such as pantries and dressing rooms are also provided.

Namdong-gu, Incheon, where the complex is located, is an old downtown area with various infrastructures in place, but new apartment supply has been scarce. Recently, with active redevelopment and reconstruction projects, it is emerging as a new residential town.
