40s Suspect Refuses Warrant Review for Stealing 200 Million Won Worth of Valuables from Gangnam Apartment Complex

According to the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul on the 21st, Kim, who is accused of special robbery and violation of the Act on Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (theft), expressed his refusal to attend the warrant hearing just before the scheduled appearance. Kim was urgently arrested by the police on the 19th, and following the police's request for an arrest warrant the next day, the warrant hearing was scheduled to be held at 2:30 p.m. on the 21st at the Seoul Central District Court.

Meanwhile, Kim is accused of breaking into an apartment in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, around 8 p.m. on the 15th by prying open a window and stealing items. When he was caught by a couple returning home, he threatened them with a weapon, took a wallet containing cash and cards, and fled.
