▲Samki = Recorded an operating loss of KRW 4,166,890,000 based on consolidated financial statements last year, a 53.0% increase in deficit compared to the previous year. Net loss increased by 63.0% to KRW 12,068,120,000. Sales increased by 53.0% to KRW 553,722,750,000.

▲Mobease = Recorded an operating profit of KRW 16,236,060,000 based on consolidated financial statements last year, a 130.02% increase compared to the previous year. Net profit turned positive at KRW 13,973,970,000.

▲Seoul Rigger = Conducted a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase to raise KRW 6,729,990,000 for operating funds and KRW 3,270,000,000 for acquiring securities of other companies. The newly issued shares are 10,869,565 common shares, with an issue price of KRW 920 per share. The scheduled listing date of the new shares is June 24.

▲Seohan = Signed a contract with Korea Land & Housing Corporation for the construction of Incheon Yonghyeon Startup Village Dreamchon and Incheon Seo-gu (Eoullim Center, Turtle Base) Happy Housing. The total contract amount is KRW 59,089,830,000, which is 12.18% of recent sales. The contract period is until August 10, 2024.
