Rose Chicken boasts a special rose sauce that harmoniously blends the tanginess of tomatoes and the savory creaminess, paired with the tender inner tenderloin, a rare part that yields only two pieces per chicken. The inner tenderloin, fried in golden olive oil, is crispy on the outside and juicy inside, making it a boneless chicken that is easy to eat in one bite. It can be enjoyed by dipping in the separately provided rose sauce or pouring the sauce over it according to preference. Rose Chicken is priced at 17,000 KRW for a total of 10 pieces.
Crunchy Butter Chicken features crispy golden olive chicken topped with the addictive flavor of corn butter, known for its sweet and salty taste, and BBQ Red Chakchak seasoning that adds a spicy kick, creating a so-called ‘drug corn’ flavor with strong addictiveness. It comes with a soft and tangy ‘Pine Mayo Sauce’ that perfectly complements the chicken’s sweet, salty, and spicy flavors. The price is 22,000 KRW.
The Golden Olive Combo Chicken is characterized by including popular parts of BBQ’s best-selling and signature menu, Golden Olive Chicken, consisting of chicken drumsticks, wings, and drumettes. The price is 22,000 KRW.
BBQ is holding an event until the 18th on its app (BBQ app), where customers who purchase any of the three new menu items will receive a newly released side menu for free. Customers can choose between the ‘Sea Salt Caramel Ball,’ featuring sweet and soft sea salt caramel, or the ‘Real Choco Ball,’ which offers the deep and rich taste and aroma of high-quality Belgian real chocolate cream and hazelnuts.
