[Asia Economy Reporter Yoon Dong-joo] Retired generals declared their support for candidate Yoon Seok-yeol on the steps in front of the National Assembly main building on the 2nd. The retired generals from the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps, including 74 retired generals such as 12 former defense ministers and 34 former chiefs of staff, declared their support for the People Power Party's presidential candidate Yoon Seok-yeol along with a national statement to protect liberal democracy.
