Zenolution Decides to Acquire Building in Songdo-dong, Incheon City, Worth 19.9 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Genolution announced on the 2nd that it has decided to acquire land and buildings located at 7-7, Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, from YG One for 19.9 billion KRW. The acquisition amount accounts for 23.69% of the total assets. The scheduled acquisition date is May 2.

The company explained, "The purpose is to purchase land and buildings to secure a second office building for expanding research and development (R&D) facilities and increasing automated production facilities."
