According to the Korea Real Estate Agency’s subscription website on the 24th, the first-priority subscription for ‘Hoban Summit Grand Central’ held from the 22nd to the 23rd attracted 7,626 applicants for 492 units excluding special supply, recording an average competition rate of 15.5 to 1. The highest competition rate was 34.45 to 1, with 3,858 applicants for 112 units of the 84㎡ exclusive type. The 39㎡ exclusive type will accept second-priority applications for standby winners.
Hoban Summit Grand Central also recorded an average competition rate of 6.92 to 1 in the previously conducted special supply subscription.
Hoban Construction is supplying Hoban Summit Grand Central in Doma-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City. It consists of 11 buildings from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 1,558 units ranging from 39 to 84㎡ exclusive area.
The complex is located at the center of Doma Byeondong Redevelopment Promotion Zone, which is transforming into a new residential town. A new station for the Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 tram is planned near the project site. Yucheon Elementary School is directly opposite the complex, and Budnae Middle School, Doma Middle School, Daejeon Jeil High School, and Daesin High School are also nearby.
The announcement of winners for Hoban Summit Grand Central will be on March 4, and the official contract will be conducted over five days from the 15th to the 19th. The scheduled move-in date is January 2025.
