Office-tel 'Weberluce Sangbong' Launching for Sale in Sectorple Station Area

Recently, officetels that satisfy trendy residential spaces such as high-end officetels have emerged, raising their status as residential products and recording high subscription competition rates.


Amid this trend, ‘Weverluce Sangbong,’ a trendy duplex officetel including neighborhood living facilities, is currently being sold near Sangbong Station in Jungnang-gu, Seoul.

‘Weverluce Sangbong’ officetel is within walking distance of Sangbong Station, where four lines?Line 7, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Gyeongchun Line, and KTX?can be used, and Mangu Station, where the Gyeongui-Jungang Line and Gyeongchun Line are accessible. The GTX-B line is planned to be introduced at Mangu Station, which is expected to further improve transportation convenience in the future, drawing attention as a sector-plus station area officetel.


Additionally, up to 37 bus routes can be used near Weverluce Sangbong, including 11 trunk buses, 7 branch buses, 11 general buses, 6 express buses, 1 seat bus, and 1 airport bus. When the undergrounding plan of Dongbu Expressway is completed in 2026, transportation conditions for vehicles are also expected to improve compared to now.


Moreover, ‘Weverluce Sangbong’ forms a so-called ‘triple mall zone’ with Costco, E-Mart, and Homeplus located nearby within close distance, and it is equipped with living infrastructure such as cinemas and terminals. After the undergrounding of Dongbu Expressway, a waterfront park will be created along Jungnangcheon Stream, further enhancing residential comfort.


Furthermore, there are many regional development plans expected to revitalize the area, including the complex station development of Sangbong Station and Mangu Station, the redevelopment of Sangbong 7 promotion district, the complex development of Sangbong terminal site, and the relocation of the Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation headquarters, making it a place with excellent locational value.
