"Final Preparations for Valentine's Day"... Hotels Offer Special Dinners and More

The hotel industry has prepared special meals, chocolates, and packages for those who want to celebrate Valentine's Day in a unique way.

According to the hotel industry on the 12th, the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas and InterContinental Seoul COEX in Samseong-dong will offer limited sales of special Valentine's Day cakes and fine dining restaurant special dinners under the theme "Romantic InterContinental." The Grand Deli will sell the "Blooming Rose Chiffon" cake until the 14th. Balloon flowers containing bouquets, chocolates, macarons, and more will also be introduced. On the 1st floor lobby lounge & bar of the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, the "Strawberry Gourmet Boutique" will be specially operated for dinner on the 14th. A fine dining 3-course menu including lobster and beef Wellington can be paired with a glass of Piper-Heidsieck Ros? Champagne, and guests can enjoy a live performance by a string quartet. Fresh strawberries and a three-tier tray of Valentine's Day special desserts can also be enjoyed with tea.

On the 30th floor Sky Lounge of InterContinental Seoul COEX, an Italian full-course dinner will be offered on the evening of the 14th. A proposal dinner package for one couple will also be available. The private Pluto Room will be decorated with flowers and candles, and the package includes a course menu for two, a bottle of Dom P?rignon Champagne, a bouquet, a cake, and a hotel accommodation voucher. A large Rose Wall decorated with about 5,000 roses will be installed in the lobby of the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas 1st floor for about a month until the 14th of next month.

Sofitel Ambassador Seoul presents four types of special chocolates handcrafted by professional chocolatiers. Choux sur & Sac Amant are chocolates shaped like bags and shoes. The tote bag-shaped Sac Amant is covered with raspberry on Opalis white chocolate. Decorations on the shoes and the "bag charm" used as a bag accessory are made entirely of chocolate. The teddy bear-shaped Dudu Bear is offered in two options: white and red colors. Heart-shaped chocolates can be personalized with the initials of a loved one or a message you want to convey. Sofitel also offers a 1-meter-long chocolate box called "Je t'aime mon amour," adding symbolic value. The phrase Je t'aime mon amour written on the 27-piece chocolate means "I love you, my darling." The limited Valentine's Day chocolates can be purchased at the 6th-floor gourmet caf? "Jardin d'Hiver" until the 15th, and advance reservation through Naver is required.

Seoul Dragon City will offer special dishes for two days starting from the 13th. At "? la Maison Wine & Dine," guests can enjoy a Valentine's special dinner course consisting of six luxurious dishes paired with three glasses of wine. The menu includes lobster with caviar, snail cream soup, abalone terrine, steak, and Valentine's Day-themed desserts such as white chocolate mousse and fresh fruit.

"THE 26," "The Ribbon," and "King's Vacation" will also offer Valentine's Day courses. "THE 26" provides a special dinner course consisting of five courses including tenderloin steak or sea bass steak, along with two cocktails. A special gift of a 4-piece chocolate set is also prepared. "The Ribbon gifts roses to all customers who use the Valentine's Day special course. King's Vacation offers salad, risotto, steak, and special desserts served with a bottle of sparkling wine.

Paradise City is selling a limited "My Private Valentine" package until the 14th, allowing couples to enjoy a date in a Grand Premier Deluxe room. The chef's special menu is packed in a to-go box and served with a bottle of sparkling wine "Gota de Marivilla Brut Cava." Orders must be placed by phone at Lounge Paradise two hours before use and picked up. The package also includes a gift of Boucheron's "Collection Coeur de Venise" perfume (125ml) and a voucher for the Goh Jeong-hyun hair relaxing care program.

At the 1st-floor Garden Caf?, the limited "Amour Cake" for the Valentine's Day season can be found until the 14th.

Paradise Hotel Busan's restaurant NIX Grill will offer a "Romantic Valentine's Day" dinner course from the 12th to the 14th. The main menu features premium Korean beef tenderloin steak, and various appetizers and middle courses can be selected according to preference. Wine pairing recommended by the NIX Grill sommelier is also available. Mini bouquets for couples will be given as gifts to celebrate Valentine's Day.
