The Gyeongnam Office of Education announced the final successful candidates for the 2022 public secondary school teacher recruitment exam.

The number of successful candidates by recruitment field includes 243 for 24 subjects in the professor subject category (including 2 with disabilities), 40 special (secondary) teachers (including 1 with a disability), 69 health teachers (including 1 with a disability), 17 librarian teachers, 51 professional counseling teachers (including 1 with a disability), and 54 nutrition teachers.

After announcing the first successful candidates, 721 people, on December 31 last year, the second subject-specific exam and practical exam were conducted for them.

The final pass status can be directly checked by the examinees themselves on the Gyeongnam Provincial Office of Education online recruitment system.

Successful candidates must complete the registration as new appointment candidates by submitting the required documents over two days, from February 14 to 15.

Considering the spread of COVID-19, the Gyeongnam Office of Education will open job training for new teachers through a remote system, and the appointment of new teachers will proceed according to the teacher supply and demand plan.
