On the same day, Lee Se-young posted another message recalling the tense moment, saying, "When I came to the emergency room this time, I was severely dehydrated and the IV didn't work, so my blood pressure kept dropping, and I fainted for the first time in my life. My vision went white and it was hard to breathe, so I got really scared. All kinds of thoughts went through my mind." She added, "Really, nothing else matters. Health is the best," emphasizing the importance of health.

Earlier, on the 3rd, Lee Se-young revealed her plans for a nose surgery on her YouTube channel 'Youngpyeong TV.' She explained, "I will have a revision nose surgery in mid-February. Since I was 20 years old, I have consistently had fillers about eight times. When I got them, it was convenient because my nose could be lifted easily. But as I got older and had too many fillers, they accumulated, and the remaining fillers started to spread as they were pressed."
