- Focus on the last newly supplied residential officetel that avoided this year's DSR regulation phase 2
- Post-sale residential officetel 'Cheongna World Meridian Canal Way' presented with all types as 3-room 112 units
The 'Cheongna World Meridian Canalway,' located in the Cheongna-dong area of Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, opened its promotional center successfully on the 20th and is now launching sales.
Subscription applications will be accepted on February 4th (Friday) through the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription website, with the announcement of winners on February 9th (Wednesday). The official contract period is from February 10th (Thursday) to 11th (Friday).
'Cheongna World Meridian Canalway' is a post-sale residential officetel consisting of 112 units and neighborhood living facilities, spanning from 4 basement floors to 16 floors above ground, with move-in scheduled for April 2022. The exclusive area types include 64㎡, 68㎡, 69㎡, and 74㎡, all designed with the highly preferred 3-room layout. It offers a full set of LG premium home appliances free of charge, including a washing machine, dryer, Objet refrigerator, dishwasher, hood, cooktop, and air conditioner, enhancing consumer satisfaction.
The complex is also praised for its excellent metropolitan transportation network. Using the Seoul Metropolitan Area 2nd Outer Ring Expressway and Incheon International Airport Expressway, residents can easily access the entire metropolitan area.
The Cheongna extension of Seoul Subway Line 7, which includes Bongsu-daero Station accessible by foot from the complex, has completed its basic planning and is scheduled to begin construction in February 2022, with opening planned for 2027. Once the Line 7 Cheongna extension opens, travel time from Bongsu-daero Station to Seoul Express Bus Terminal will be reduced by 20 to 30 minutes.
Additionally, the Daejang-Hongdae Line has passed the private investment feasibility review, boosting momentum for the subsequent project, the Cheongna extension of Seoul Subway Line 2. The Daejang-Hongdae Line is a metropolitan railway project connecting Bucheon Daejang New Town and Hongik University Station on Seoul Subway Line 2. According to the 4th National Railroad Network Plan, the Cheongna extension of Line 2 will proceed once the Daejang-Hongdae Line passes the private investment feasibility review. Following the construction of the Line 7 Cheongna extension starting this year, extending to Line 2 will significantly improve urban accessibility to Cheongna International City.
Various planned development projects in the nearby area are also expected to increase residential value. Large-scale developments such as Cheongna City Tower, Medical Complex Town (Asan Hospital), Starfield, and Robot Land are scheduled. In particular, the Cheongna City Tower, scheduled for completion in 2025, is a major project to construct a tower 448 meters tall (30 floors above ground, 2 basement floors) on a land area of 33,058㎡ around Cheongna Lake Park, considered a landmark for Incheon Cheongna International City.
'Cheongna World Meridian Canalway' received sales approval in December last year and is not subject to the second phase of the Total Debt Service Ratio (DSR) regulations applied from this year.
With a 10% down payment and no intermediate payments required, 'Cheongna World Meridian Canalway' is ready for immediate move-in. The promotional center is currently operating and is open by appointment only to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
