Gyeongbuk Yeongyang-gun Operates Reduced Fees System for Cadastral Surveying

Gyeongbuk Yeongyang-gun Operates Reduced Fees System for Cadastral Surveying Yeongyang County Office.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Gwiyeol] Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongbuk operates a cadastral survey fee reduction system to alleviate the economic burden on its residents.

On the 22nd, Yeongyang-gun announced that the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation Cheongsong-Yeongyang branch provides a cadastral survey fee reduction service that cuts 30% of the fees when farmers, national merit recipients, and persons with disabilities conduct cadastral surveys.

The reduction targets include government-subsidized agricultural infrastructure projects such as the construction of low-temperature storage facilities, grain dryer installation support projects, and rural housing improvement projects. In addition, families of national merit recipients and persons with disabilities are also eligible for cadastral survey fee reductions.

Through post-management services, if boundary point markers are reapplied within 12 months after the completion of boundary surveys, fees are discounted by 50-90% depending on the elapsed period.

A Yeongyang-gun official stated, “We hope the cadastral survey fee reduction system will help ease the economic burden on socially vulnerable farming households,” and added, “We will continue to promote this so that residents can receive various benefits.”
