[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Kim] Hoban Construction announced that it plans to launch sales for Hoban Summit Hwaseong Bibong District B-2 Block at the end of this month in B-2 Block of Bibong District, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Hoban Summit Hwaseong Bibong District B-2 Block will consist of 8 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 779 households. The number of households by type is ▲72㎡A 271 units, ▲72㎡B 25 units, ▲84㎡A 409 units, and ▲84㎡B 74 units.
The Hwaseong Bibong Public Housing District is planned to be developed in Samhwa-ri and Gupo-ri, Bibong-myeon, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, with 7,090 households (6,812 apartment units and 278 detached houses), accommodating about 16,000 residents. It is close to Seohaean Expressway (Bibong IC), Bibong-Maesong Urban Expressway (Yangno IC), and the Seohaean double-track railway is scheduled to open.
Hoban Summit Hwaseong Bibong District B-2 Block offers convenient access to Seoul and the metropolitan area via nearby Bibong IC and Suin-Bundang Line Yamok Station. The KTX Eocheon Station is also scheduled to open.
Hoban Summit Hwaseong Bibong District B-2 Block is mainly oriented southward, and all units feature a 4-bay, slab-type layout, providing excellent lighting and ventilation.
Community facilities include a fitness center, GX room, indoor golf practice range, screen golf practice range, and Kids & Moms Club. A separate space for children's school commute pick-up and drop-off will be provided at the main entrance of the complex.
The model house for Hoban Summit Hwaseong Bibong District B-2 Block is located in Segyo-dong, Osan-si, Gyeonggi-do, and move-in is scheduled for January 2025.
