The resolution rally for presidential victory proceeded with the awarding of certificates to co-chairmen and committee members, followed by a session where the Balanced Growth Committee members, centered on Honam, reaffirmed their determination for Lee Jae-myung candidate's presidential victory.

In his greeting at the appointment ceremony, Standing Chairman Jang Man-chae emphasized, "The Balanced Growth Committee should become the cornerstone that opens the great transformation of a happier Republic of Korea through social grand compromise in areas of conflict, so that our community can achieve balanced development and co-growth through respect and the realization of fairness in opportunities."
