[CCTV Footage] After Brutal Abuse, Fall from 7th Floor Villa... What Happened at the 'Real Estate Dormitory'?

The released closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage shows the victim collapsed without any movement, seemingly after a severe impact.

On the 19th, the Gangseo Police Station in Seoul announced on the 20th that in addition to the four suspects, including the sales team leader Park Mo (28), who was sent to prosecution in custody, three more people who were staying in the same dormitory were additionally booked and arrest warrants were requested.

According to the police, they are accused of causing serious injury by forcing Kim Mo (21), who was staying together on the 7th floor of a villa, to jump on the morning of the 9th at 10:08 AM (special aggravated confinement and injury, etc.).

The CCTV footage capturing the moment right after the victim fell shows a man appearing near the victim. However, he leaves the scene without performing any urgent rescue activities. The man later reappears and only paces around the victim.

Eventually, a passerby reported the incident to the 119 Safety Reporting Center, and the victim was urgently transported to the hospital. During this process, another man also appeared near the victim, but they both seemingly disregarded the situation and went back inside the villa.

According to the police, victim Kim found this dormitory about two weeks after seeing a post on social networking services (SNS) by Park’s spouse, Won Mo (22), which said "Runaways provided with food and lodging," in September last year, and left the dormitory after about two weeks.

However, at 12:27 AM on the 4th, Kim was caught by the group in front of a motel in Myeonmok-dong, Jungnang-gu, and brought back to the dormitory, where he reportedly suffered cruel mistreatment.

Meanwhile, the police believe that on the day Kim fell, he tried to escape by crossing the veranda to an external roof but fell. Kim, who fell from the 7th floor and was in critical condition, has recently improved and was transferred to a general hospital ward.
