Menus such as 'Strawberry Yogurt Mousse,' 'Strawberry Financier,' 'Strawberry Pie,' and 'Strawberry Choux' are offered.
The bakery 'Paradise Boutique' on the first floor of the main building presents cakes topped with plenty of fresh strawberries. You can find whole cakes like 'Strawberry Cream Cheese Tart,' which harmonizes with cream cheese, 'Strawberry Shortcake' filled with fresh strawberries between the layers, and 'Strawberry Vanilla,' which adds the sweetness of vanilla. Along with these, sliced cakes such as 'Strawberry Eclair,' 'Strawberry Mille-feuille,' and 'Strawberry Tiramisu' are also sold.
The lobby lounge 'Crystal Garden' offers the 'Strawberry Afternoon Tea,' which includes strawberry desserts and tea foods carefully selected by the hotel's top patissier. The hotel stated, "With a menu composition that allows you to enjoy the soft texture of strawberry flesh such as strawberry shortcake, tiramisu, eclair, and tart, it will provide a pleasant afternoon healing experience." You can also enjoy strawberry shaved ice, three types of juices, and two representative cocktails.
