The daytime maximum temperatures will range from 2°C to 9°C, similar to the average. As temperatures rise from the afternoon, the daily temperature range will widen to around 15°C, especially inland. The expected maximum temperatures by city are 4°C in Seoul, 1°C in Incheon, 6°C in Daejeon, 8°C in Gwangju, Daegu, and Ulsan, and 9°C in Busan.
From Saturday the 22nd, morning temperatures are expected to be above the average. Weather with temperatures similar to or above the average will continue for some time.
Occasional rain or snow is expected on Ulleungdo and Dokdo until the morning of the 20th. The expected precipitation (snowfall) amount is less than 5 mm (less than 1 cm).
Meanwhile, on the 21st, fine dust levels will be 'bad' in Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, and Chungcheong, while other regions will have 'good' or 'moderate' levels.
