The two organizations agreed to cooperate to promote the project of "providing information and publicity for the prevention and management of infectious diseases in home long-term care institutions."
They plan to conduct social worker training to help workers and beneficiaries of home long-term care institutions, who are vulnerable to infection management, recover a safe and healthy daily life.
They intend to actively support by providing preventive education to care workers and beneficiaries, delivering monthly health news, and publishing quarterly infectious disease prevention newsletters.
Director Kim Seonju said, "This is a good opportunity to share secrets and knowledge about infection issues and to improve problems through mutual cooperation," adding, "I hope to continue promoting projects related to infection prevention based on the consultation content."
