Lotte Card Launches MyData Service 'Asset Manager'

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Lotte Card announced on the 19th that it has launched the MyData (personal credit information management) service called 'Asset Manager.'

This service provides personalized services such as customer asset and expenditure analysis, customized card, insurance, and loan product recommendations, and personalized content recommendations based on customer consumption patterns. It is available to anyone through the Lotte Card DigiRoka app, allowing easy access to asset management services in two categories: asset management and customized financial products.

Asset management consists of ▲'My Assets,' which allows users to view scattered asset information such as accounts, deposits, investments, pensions, insurance, loans, and cards all in one place, and ▲'Expenditure Details,' where users can check card payment and account transfer usage history. Both My Assets and Expenditure Details offer report services that display personalized analysis results in graphs, including monthly and weekly changes, consumption pattern analysis, and comparisons with peer groups based on customer age and gender.

Customized financial products include ▲'Card Recommendation Service,' which finds cards optimized for consumption patterns, ▲'Insurance Coverage Analysis Service,' which diagnoses the benefits of insurance products held by customers and recommends tailored products, and ▲'Interest Rate Comparison Service,' which allows users to view and compare interest rates of various loan products.

Additionally, through the feed on the Asset Manager main screen, various personalized content recommendation services utilizing customer consumption patterns are provided. These include ▲'Care Service,' which informs customers of monthly payment dates, maturity dates, and yields of financial products, ▲'Our Neighborhood Best,' which recommends preferred merchants around the customer's residence, and ▲'Expenditure Change Analysis,' which informs customers of changes in spending amounts over three months in major consumption sectors, helping customers make wise consumption decisions.

To commemorate the launch of the MyData service, Lotte Card has prepared an event. Until March 31, customers who sign up for Asset Manager, link two or more assets, and apply for the event will be entered into a draw to receive prizes. Additionally, all customers who sign up for Asset Manager will receive 2,000 L.Points, and customers who participate in mission rewards and attendance check events will receive additional Starbucks coupons and L.Points.

A Lotte Card representative stated, "In the future, through Asset Manager, we plan to continuously introduce curating services that recommend various lifestyle customized content such as shopping and travel, in addition to financial products."
