Bando Construction announced on the 7th that 'Naepo New Town Bando Yubora Mark Edition,' the first residential-commercial complex apartment in Naepo New Town, Chungnam, was completely sold out within a week of the contract period.
This complex recorded an average subscription competition rate of 3:1 and a highest rate of 3.7:1 during the subscription held from December 9 to 10 last year, with all types fully subscribed within the ranking. Subsequently, the official contracts were conducted from December 28 to 31, and all 955 households were contracted within a week.
This is seen as a result reflecting the reasonable sale price under the price ceiling system and development benefits such as the relocation of public institutions following the designation as an innovation city.
A Bando Construction official said, "As the first residential-commercial complex apartment in the core location of Naepo New Town, designated as Chungnam Innovation City, with the branded commercial facility 'Papier Naepo' included, it seems to have attracted a lot of interest from demanders due to its excellent residential convenience."
Naepo New Town Bando Yubora Mark Edition is located in RC-2 block of Naepo New Town, Chungnam, consisting of 12 buildings from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a single exclusive area of 84㎡, totaling 955 households. It is the first residential-commercial complex apartment in Naepo New Town, where the large commercial facility Papier Naepo is also developed within the complex.
