[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] KTcs announced on the 28th that it will sell all 2 million shares (2.198 billion KRW) of its subsidiary WhoWho & Company.
The scheduled stock disposal date is March 31 of next year, and it will be carried out by receiving payment after merging with VP, a subsidiary of BC Card.
WhoWho & Company is a 100% subsidiary established in 2016 through a physical division by KT CS. It operated apps for spam blocking but remained in a deficit situation for a long time.
