"Subscription Service Customers Exclusive Stock Course Launched"… KB Securities Opens 'Stock University'

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] KB Securities has launched a non-face-to-face investment lecture for customers of its subscription-based investment information service, 'Prime Club.'

On the 27th, KB Securities announced the opening of this 'Stock University' course. Prime Club is a subscription service that provides timely investment information and private bankers (PBs) offer various consultations in exchange for a fixed monthly fee.

This Stock University course consists of content where lead researchers from KB Securities' Research Division explain basic economic and industrial analysis methods in an easy-to-understand way tailored to individual investors.

There are a total of 16 lectures, starting with Eun-taek Lee, head of KB Securities' Stock Strategy Team, presenting 'How to Forecast the Stock Market.' The course introduces the core structures and next year's outlook of various domestic industries such as the secondary battery industry, construction and semiconductors, and entertainment. It also includes investment methods for U.S. stocks introduced by the Global Stocks Team researchers, as well as key points and investment strategies for the Chinese market.

Any customer subscribing to the Prime Club service (paid or with one year of free use) can access the lectures. Recently, KB Securities celebrated the 2nd anniversary of the Prime Club service and is currently running a promotion offering one year of free subscription fees to all customers who sign up for the service until the end of March next year.

Kim Yujin, head of KB Securities' Prime Center, stated, "For investors, the issue is no longer a lack of information but how to select and analyze useful information from the overwhelming amount available, which determines investment success or failure. We prepared the 'Stock University' lectures to deliver the professional knowledge and know-how of KB Securities' lead researchers in an easy-to-understand way tailored to customers' perspectives."
