[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] AI company Saltlux announced on the 27th that it will participate in the world's largest IT exhibition, 'CES 2022,' held in Las Vegas, USA, from January 5 to 8 next year. The Saltlux booth will be located in the 'Venetian Expo' hall within the Tech West exhibition center.
Saltlux will organize its booth around four themes: ▲DeepSignal ▲Metahuman ▲TalkBot ▲AI Contact Center (AICC), promoting product competitiveness and strengthening global networks to domestic and international visitors. Saltlux, which also participated with an independent booth at CES 2020, secured overseas business opportunities in the US this year. Among them, Arelli, recognized as an innovative Canadian company, was supplied with an AI chatbot managing building disinfection and non-face-to-face work, which surged due to COVID-19. Saltlux is preparing differentiated 4th Industrial Revolution-based services with Kyungdong Navien's North American branch, which is rapidly expanding its global business.
DeepSignal, scheduled for simultaneous release in the US and Korea next year, is a 'hyper-personalized AI service that learns, searches, organizes, and acts like me.' The core element of hyper-personalization, AI Connectome, learns and analyzes everything about the user and connects relationships to generate an AI persona that can be individually created according to topics of interest.
DeepSignal collects real-time deep information from the global deep web and organizes data in a personalized manner through cognitive search, providing real-time recommendations and a network map of influential people and institutions. It also offers 24/7 tracking and alerts on user interest topics through issue tracking and anomaly detection. At this exhibition, product demonstrations and consultations for actual implementation will be conducted.
Saltlux will newly unveil the Metahuman 'ERIN.' ERIN, equipped with a near-realistic appearance and advanced facial recognition features, will be responsible for promoting Saltlux and introducing DeepSignal at the exhibition, providing a unique customer experience by directly communicating with visitors to the booth.
In the TalkBot and AI Contact Center themes, customer consultation solutions that have demonstrated excellent performance in improving counselors' work efficiency and reducing center operating costs through numerous implementation cases, and have shown visible results by being supplied to various companies locally in the US, will be introduced.
Additionally, partner companies in which Saltlux has made strategic investments, including ▲music big data AI startup Hunter Global ▲AI engine development company Soynet ▲edutech specialist Viboon ▲AI and big data platform company T3Q, will also be showcased in individual booths within the Saltlux exhibition hall.
A Saltlux official stated, “We believe this is a great opportunity to showcase the diverse and innovative solutions developed by Saltlux and its partners on the global stage and to elevate the status of the Korean AI industry,” adding, “We will do our best to ensure that Saltlux’s AI technological capabilities and corporate value are recognized overseas as well.”
