Tom N Toms, Year-End and New Year 'Snowing Tom' Event


[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Tom N Toms announced on the 23rd that it will hold an AR event called ‘Snowing TOM’ to spread warmth during the year-end and New Year holidays.


The event will run from today until January 5th of next year. Visitors to Tom N Toms stores can scan the QR code displayed on promotional materials or on the event page of the Tom N Toms website to access the AR (augmented reality) filter.


The AR filter features a cute snowman and an illustration of the Tom N Toms eco cup drinking jar, evoking a cozy winter atmosphere. Customers who access the filter can smile according to the on-screen instructions and enjoy white snow falling from the sky along with smiles, accompanied by year-end and New Year messages from Tom N Toms.


Along with the launch of the AR filter, Tom N Toms has also prepared an SNS event using it. During the event period, participants can follow Tom N Toms’ Instagram, take a verification photo using the AR filter, and post it on their feed with the required hashtags (#2022TOMTOM #TomNTomsSmile #TomNToms) to enter the event. Tom N Toms will select a total of 30 winners to receive Smile Campaign coupons (10 winners, free drink coupon limited to tall size), 2022 daily kits (10 winners), and tickets to the exhibition of Spanish surrealist master ‘Salvador Dal?’ (10 winners, 2 tickets per person). Winners will be announced on January 10th of next year.
