LIS, Notice of Designation as a Non-compliant Disclosure Corporation

[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] LIS was notified on the 22nd by the Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Headquarters that it is scheduled to be designated as a non-compliant disclosure corporation due to delayed disclosure of litigation and other rulings/decisions (disclosure non-fulfillment).

According to the KOSDAQ Market disclosure regulations, if a company is designated as a non-compliant disclosure corporation and accumulates 8 or more penalty points in the current year, its trading may be suspended for one day. LIS has accumulated 9.5 penalty points in the past year.
