Daewoo E&C will open the cyber model house for 'Pentahills Prugio Phase 2,' being built in Jungsan District, Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, on the 17th and begin sales.
The complex, located in Jungsan 1 District C4-1 Block, Gyeongsan-si, consists of a total of 3 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, with 506 households (exclusive area 74~101㎡). The number of households by exclusive area is △74㎡A 69 units △74㎡B 35 units △84㎡A 199 units △84㎡B 68 units △84㎡C 66 units △101㎡A 69 units. All units are mainly south-facing and apply a 4-bay floor plan (except 84㎡C) to enhance lighting and ventilation.
The sale price is set at an average of 14.98 million KRW per 3.3㎡, which is cheaper than nearby market prices. Payment of the sale price will be made with a 15% deposit, 60% interim payment, and 25% balance. Since the area is subject to adjustment, only 50% of the 60% interim payment is eligible for interest deferred payment.
Applications will be accepted starting with special supply on Monday, December 27, followed by first priority for the local area on Tuesday, December 28, first priority for other areas on Wednesday, December 29, and second priority on Thursday, December 30. The announcement of winners will be on Thursday, January 6 next year, and the official contract will be conducted over five days from Monday, January 17 to Friday, January 21.
