[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] The Korea Life Respect Hope Foundation announced on the 15th that it held a 'Life Love Partner' business agreement ceremony with Korea Otsuka Pharmaceutical to promote a culture of life respect among young people in their 20s and 30s.
The Life Love Partner is a corporate partnership program established by the foundation to prevent suicide and foster a culture of life respect. Through this agreement, Korea Otsuka Pharmaceutical plans to create a social contribution fund to support campaigns for young people in their 20s and 30s who are exhausted from competition, unemployment, and the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
Hwang Tae-yeon, chairman of the foundation, said, "It will be an opportunity to deliver a message of hope to young people suffering for various reasons," adding, "We will strive to operate campaigns to illuminate the hearts of young people with the light of hope."
Moon Seong-ho, CEO of Korea Otsuka Pharmaceutical, said, "We are pleased to support campaigns to spread a culture of life respect among the younger generation," and added, "We will continue to take the lead in realizing social value as a company contributing to healthy lives."
Founded in April this year, the foundation is conducting various sponsorship projects to help suicide survivors and attempters return to stable daily lives.
