Dongmoon Construction reported that during the official contract period from October 18 to 22, the contract rate exceeded 85%, and the remaining unsold units, mainly due to ineligible applicants and lower floors, were fully contracted by the 13th.
A Dongmoon Construction official explained, "Munsan area is a rare non-regulated zone in the metropolitan area, making loans relatively less complicated. Also, Paju Munsan Station 2nd Dongmoon The East is a large complex with over 1,500 units, which is uncommon in Munsan," adding, "The early sell-out secret lies in the specialized design centered on 4-bay layouts and benefits such as interest-free interim payments."
Paju Munsan Station Dongmoon The East consists of 15 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with 1,503 units of exclusive areas between 59 and 84㎡. Residents can directly access Seoul via Tongil-ro (National Road No. 1) adjacent to the complex, and it takes about 30 minutes to Seoul via the Seoul-Munsan Expressway, which opened at the end of last year. The nearby Gyeongui-Jungang Line Munsan Station is also accessible, with about a 50-minute commute to Seoul Station.
Additionally, educational facilities such as Jayu Elementary School, Munsan Elementary School, Munsan Middle School, Munsan High School, and Paju High School are nearby. Large marts like Homeplus, Plus Mart, and Home Mart, as well as Munsan Central Hospital, Munsan-eup Administrative Welfare Center, and Munsan Post Office, are also close. Industrial complexes such as Paju LCD General Industrial Complex with LG Display factory, Dangdong General Industrial Complex, Seonyu General Industrial Complex, and Wollong General Industrial Complex are in the vicinity. Move-in is scheduled for June 2024.
Dongmoon Construction has been gaining popularity since launching its new brand 'Dongmoon The East' in August. The 'Pyeongtaek Jije Station Dongmoon The East (741 units)' launched in October also achieved 100% contracts during the official and reserve winner contract periods.
This month, Dongmoon plans to introduce 'Eumseong Dongmoon The East' with 687 units of exclusive 84㎡ in Block B5 of Seongbon Industrial Complex in Eumseong Enterprise City, Chungbuk. It features a 4-bay cross-ventilation layout for all units. It is adjacent to National Road No. 82 connected to Daeso IC and allows travel to downtown Seoul within an hour via Jungbu Expressway and Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway.
