On the 14th, Rodong Sinmun reported in an editorial titled "The Juche Revolutionary Cause Will Triumph Forever" that Chairman Kim said, "Looking back on my work over the past 10 years, I can say that these days were spent following the Juche path opened by the Great Leader and the Great General. 'I will walk the same path forever'?this is precisely my belief and will."
It is unclear when and under what circumstances Chairman Kim made these remarks, but given that he reflected on his 10 years in power, it is presumed to be recent.
The newspaper emphasized, "A revolution is a sacred cause pioneered by the leader and carried forward through generations by realizing the leader's ideology and guidance. If the leader lives forever, the revolution advances; if the leader's eternal life is not preserved, the revolution cannot avoid frustration and collapse."
It also praised Kim Jong-un, stating that his noble achievement was "sublimating the foundation and victory of the revolution into the leader's eternal life and the brilliant succession of his cause."
On the same day, the newspaper added the subtitle "Part 1" to the editorial, signaling that it will cover a series reflecting on the past 10 years of leadership.
