[This Week's Paid-in Capital Increase] Paid-in Capital Increase in the Third Week of December

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] In the third week of this month (December), TonyMoly and Estrafic will proceed with rights offerings.


◆TonyMoly= TonyMoly will conduct a rights offering followed by a general public offering of unsubscribed shares. On the 16th, employee stock ownership association subscriptions will take place, and from the same day to the 17th, existing shareholders can subscribe. From the 21st to the 22nd, a general public subscription will be held.


The fixed issue price will be announced on the 14th. The first issue price is 4,920 KRW per share, issuing a total of 5.67 million shares to raise 27.9 billion KRW. Of the raised funds, 10.9 billion KRW will be used for a new cosmetics line, domestic online sales channels, and strengthening the big data platform, as well as operating expenses such as establishing a global digital business division. 17.8 billion KRW will be used to respond to early redemption requests for bonds with warrants (BW).


TonyMoly is a cosmetics brand shop specialist company established in 2006. It has established the brand identity of 'Street Culture' and mainly operates by selling basic and color cosmetics targeting various age groups.


◆Estraffic= Estraffic will conduct a rights offering followed by a general public offering of unsubscribed shares. From the 17th to the 20th, existing shareholders and oversubscription will be conducted, followed by a general public subscription from the 22nd to the 23rd.


They will issue a total of 2.8 million shares at 4,595 KRW per share to raise 12.9 billion KRW. Of the raised funds, 12.6 billion KRW will be fully used for facility investments related to electric vehicle charging infrastructure.


Estraffic was established in 2013 when key personnel from Samsung SDS in transportation became independent with related technologies and patents in road and railway transportation businesses. They hold references for building road traffic systems, railway traffic systems, and toll collection systems worldwide. Since 2017, they have been engaged in the electric vehicle charging business.
