Glad Hotel Gritz and Samdajeong Launch Winter Season Food and Beverage Promotion Maison Glad Jeju Samdajeong, Chef Special Promotion.


[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Glad Hotel announced on the 11th that it will offer a 'Winter Season Food and Beverage Promotion' where guests can enjoy special winter delicacies using seasonal ingredients.


Glad Yeouido's buffet restaurant 'Gritz' will present the 'Warm Seafood Promotion,' featuring domestic seafood available only in the winter season, from the 13th of this month until February 28th next year.


The main menu includes steamed dishes made with four types of seafood from the East Sea and Tongyeong, as well as Jeju yellowtail sashimi. They have prepared a variety of winter delicacies such as oysters, silk scallops, snow crab, mussels, and yellowtail sashimi. In addition, guests can enjoy a wide range of dishes from Gritz's signature lamb chops and Iberico pork neck roast to Sichuan-style oyster noodle soup, crab meat sanra soup, and dried radish greens yeonpotang, covering Western and Chinese cuisines.


Operating hours are lunch from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM and dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Dinner on Saturdays and Sundays is operated in two shifts: the first shift from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and the second shift from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM (two-shift operation from December 24 to 31).


Maison Glad Jeju's premium buffet restaurant 'Samdajeong' will offer a 'Chef Special Promotion' featuring signature dishes by each chef using fresh Jeju ingredients and seasonal produce until March 3rd next year.


The main menu includes sashimi, sushi, and seasoned dishes using seasonal yellowtail, Cheonpae herbal medicine and pear soup known for boosting immunity called Cheonpae Seolli Soup, fresh oyster oil pasta with seasonal oysters, and Hallasan fried rice served on an egg shaped like Hallasan Mountain.


Operating hours are lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM and dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Until the 31st, both lunch and dinner operate in two shifts. Detailed times can be found on the official Glad Hotel & Resort website.


Customers using lunch or dinner will receive one entry ticket per person for the 'Golden Key Lucky Draw Event.' Prizes include 5 don of pure gold, accommodation vouchers for Maison Glad Jeju, and dining vouchers for Samdajeong. Samdajeong's chef will also present a 'Yellowtail Dismantling Show,' where the winter delicacy yellowtail is filleted and special parts are raffled off.
