Shin-Kori Unit 3 Reaches 100% Power Output After Completing 3rd Planned Preventive Maintenance

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Trainee Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power's Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters' Shin-Kori Unit 3 has completed its planned preventive maintenance and reached 100% output.

Shin-Kori Unit 3, which entered its third planned preventive maintenance on September 11, resumed power generation on the 6th after completing maintenance.

Shin-Kori Unit 3, which resumed power generation, reached 100% output at 8:10 a.m. on the 9th.

During the planned preventive maintenance period, Shin-Kori Unit 3 underwent statutory inspections according to the Nuclear Safety Act.

Shin-Kori Unit 3 performed nuclear fuel replacement and inspection and maintenance of major equipment and facilities.
