Director Kim Seong-hoon of Mokpo Ye Dental Clinic Awards 10 High School Students with 10 Million Won Scholarship

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Jeonnam Community Chest of Korea (Chairman Nodongil) announced on the 8th that Kim Seonghun, director of Mokpo Ye Dental Clinic and the 13th member of Jeonnam Honor Society, delivered scholarships totaling 10 million won to 10 high school students in the region.

The delivery ceremony was held with the attendance of Kim Donggeuk, Jeonnam Sarangui Yeolmae Secretary General, Kim Seonghun, director of Mokpo Ye Dental Clinic, staff, and related personnel.

Director Kim has been providing scholarships annually for 13 years to help local students continue their studies despite difficult circumstances.

So far, he has awarded scholarships totaling 110 million won to 80 students.

He also donates funds to Sewol Ferry victims and their families, social welfare facilities in Mokpo city, and volunteers free medical services to island areas lacking medical benefits.

Director Kim said, "I am glad to participate in warm sharing again at the end of this year," and added, "I hope that even in difficult times, young people do not lose their dreams and hopes and move forward toward the future."
