NongHyup Financial Group Conducts 'Love Heating Supplies' Sharing for Veterans' Families

On the 8th, NH Nonghyup Financial Group, together with the Seoul Regional Veterans Office, sponsored heating supplies for elderly national veterans facing difficulties during the winter season. [Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi]NH Nonghyup Financial announced on the 8th that it sponsored heating supplies for elderly national veterans facing difficulties during the winter season, in collaboration with the Seoul Regional Veterans Office.

On this day, Bae Bu-yeol, Vice President of Nonghyup Financial Group, visited the home of a war veteran in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, along with Lee Seong-chun, Director of the Seoul Regional Veterans Office, to have a conversation and deliver heating supplies. Nonghyup Financial Group and the Seoul Regional Veterans Office plan to sequentially distribute heating supplies such as electric mats and microfiber blankets to about 150 veteran families within Seoul through this sharing activity.

After the sharing activity, Vice President Bae said, “Although the situation is difficult due to COVID-19, I wanted to make sure to convey our gratitude to those who have dedicated themselves to the country,” adding, “Nonghyup Financial will take the lead in creating a social atmosphere where national veterans can receive respect and honor.”

Meanwhile, NH Nonghyup Financial plans to carry out company-wide social contribution activities with its subsidiaries including banking, life insurance, non-life insurance, and securities to engage with neighbors during the year-end and New Year season.
