Asiana Airlines Wins Best In-flight Service and Cabin Crew Awards for 18 Consecutive Years


[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Asiana Airlines announced on the 8th that it has been honored with the 'Best In-flight Service' award and the 'Best Cabin Crew' award for 18 consecutive years, selected by the global travel magazine Global Traveler.


Global Traveler is a leading American travel magazine that publishes about 110,000 copies monthly. Since its launch in 2004, it has awarded the best companies in various sectors of the airline and travel industries through fair and objective evaluations.


Asiana Airlines received excellent evaluations for aiming at high-quality service and leading customer satisfaction through in-flight services that meet customer needs.


An Asiana Airlines official said, "Despite the significant decrease in passenger flights due to COVID-19, we are deeply moved to have achieved first place in the global airline industry's service evaluation," adding, "As we recover to normal daily operations and resume various international flight routes, we will prepare for the post-COVID new normal era and spare no effort to ensure customer satisfaction."
