Jugeum Gong, Customer Service Initiated by Young Employees' Ideas

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] Korea Housing Finance Corporation announced on the 8th that it has produced and distributed the 'Truly Easy Housing Finance Guide for the People' to help the public understand the corporation's policy financial products and to strengthen financial consumer protection.

The housing finance guide is a customer manual that visualizes and digitizes key information from manuals and agreements of the corporation's representative policy financial products such as mortgage loans, housing guarantees, and housing pensions, using infographics and QR codes.

This guide is the result of proposals made by the Youth Board, composed of 15 young employees, and can also be accessed through the corporation's website, YouTube, and Facebook.

Kang Byung-moon, chairman of the Youth Board, said, "The housing finance guide is a meaningful achievement realized through the CEO's management philosophy prioritizing the public's benefit and the active collaboration of all employees. Going forward, the Youth Board will take the lead to ensure that creative ideas from young employees continue to be reflected."
