Memorial Concert Held for the 10th Anniversary of Park Tae-joon's Passing, Founding Chairman of POSCO

[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] On the 10th anniversary of the passing of Park Tae-joon, Honorary Chairman of POSCO, a memorial concert was held on the 7th at Lotte Concert Hall in Jamsil, Seoul. Maestro Geum Nan-sae conducted the New World Philharmonic Orchestra, with soprano Cho Seon-hyung, pianist Yoo Young-wook, and flutist Yoo Jae-ah performing together. About 900 people attended the event, including the bereaved family, founding members, representatives from the Cheongam Foundation, and executives and employees of the group companies. To commemorate the 10th anniversary of Chairman Park's passing this year, POSCO held a symposium on the 3rd at the POSCO Center Art Hall in Daechi-dong, Seoul, hosted by the POSTECH Park Tae-joon Future Strategy Research Institute. A memorial photo exhibition is being held at the POSCO Museum of Art until the 23rd. Visitors can receive the memorial book "Thoughts on Park Tae-joon," published by the Pohang Community Research Institute.
