[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Grand Korea Leisure (GKL) announced on the 7th that it has signed a business agreement with the Korea Center on Gambling Problems to foster a healthy leisure culture and fulfill social responsibilities.
This agreement was established to promote a healthy gambling industry culture through sharing experiences and resources and mutual cooperation between the two public institutions.
The main contents of the agreement include ▲consultation and cooperation related to gambling problems ▲business cooperation for gambling addiction prevention publicity ▲collaboration in producing content related to gambling addiction prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation ▲exchange and cooperation utilizing the projects and expertise of both institutions.
President Kim Young-san stated, “As a public enterprise operating casinos, GKL is making great efforts to create a healthy tourism culture,” adding, “We hope this agreement will serve as an opportunity to advance beyond social responsibility as a public enterprise toward global-level ESG management.”
