First in the Education Service Industry to Adopt Consumer-Centered Management
Accelerating ESG Management Activities Including Establishment of Ethical Content Guidelines

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] Daekyo announced on the 7th that it has been selected as a Consumer Centered Management (CCM) certified company for the seventh consecutive time.
The Consumer Centered Management (CCM) certification is a government-recognized system that evaluates whether a company's management activities are consumer-centered and continuously improving. It is certified by the Fair Trade Commission and operated by the Korea Consumer Agency.
At the certification award ceremony, Daekyo CEO Kang Hojun and Fair Trade Commission Chairman Cho Sungwook, among other officials, attended.
Daekyo was the first in the education service industry to introduce Consumer Centered Management in 2009 and received certification. It passed all re-certification evaluations conducted every two years, being selected as a certified company for seven consecutive times.
Daekyo explained that it received high evaluations for respecting customer value and providing holistic educational values beyond learning, such as trust, growth, and happiness to customers. Additionally, as an education company, it was recognized for efforts to provide customer value, including ▲ systematic ethical management ▲ various social contribution activities ▲ establishment of an omnichannel customer consultation system ▲ and building an integrated platform reflecting customer needs.
A Daekyo representative said, "Through ESG management activities such as establishing ethical content guidelines, we will gain greater trust from customers and transform into a company capable of responding to the rapidly changing educational environment."
